It’s infuriating that we paid extra for a room on the first floor with drive-up access, yet had to park on the far side of the hotel, making us feel completely misled by the front desk.

I loved that we were just a short walk away from the beautiful Bicentennial Greenbelt Park and the interesting Blount County Historical Museum, making our city strolls really enjoyable. plus, the hotel was very clean and the staff was accommodating with our room requests, which made our weekend even better.
